After building a successful classroom based real estate school, in 1994 Capital Real Estate Training/Academic Excellence began offering correspondence real estate classes in conjunction with Texas Tech University CPD.  We coined the phrase "HOME STUDY" and began using modern technology to expand how these classes could be offered.  We took the traditional correspondence class and looked to find new ways to offer this staple of real estate education. We developed the concept of "Classes Without Classrooms" We pioneered the idea of having the homework assignments available not only on paper but also on CD-ROM and on the Internet.  We are always looking for new ideas in real estate education.
