An in-depth fundamentals course in Texas Real Estate. The course covers the license act, Fair Housing, listing contracts, rights in land, contracts, and much more. This class will comply with the TREC's principles and Fair Housing requirements. Homework assignments are now available either on paper, CD ROM or On-line.  TREC  requires 60 hours of Principles to apply for a salesperson's license.
