An economical method to acquire core hours and fulfill the principles and Fair Housing requirement. All the subjects in principles 0111 plus, leases, property management, investments, closing, and title issues of Texas real estate.  Homework assignments are now available either on paper,  CD ROM or on-line.  Remember the new law requires 60 hours in Principles.  It does not specify Principles 1 & II.

It is the student’s responsibility to determine that the course ordered meets TREC’s regulatory requirement.  Remember if you are taking a SAE class for a MCE requirement the student is required to send the course completion certificate to TREC with their renewal.
