 Why Home Study™?

Several years ago when I started this company we offered only traditional on-site courses.  While many of my competitors purchased existing real estate schools, I built a successful company starting from scratch.  There was only one small classroom, no staff and I did most of the teaching.  In our first two months we had less than 10 students.  We now provide several hundred courses per month.  Some schools are older and some are newer.  We are now the oldest real estate school in Austin under original ownership.  Once we began offering Home Study classes through Texas Tech University CPD we found that many of our traditional students preferred the ease and simplicity of doing the work at their own pace whenever and wherever they wished.  Unlike on-line classes that require you to be at a computer our class assignments can be completed anyplace at anytime. We initiated new ideas within the concept of "Classes Without Classrooms™" such as the option to do the homework assignments on either paper, CD ROM or on-line.  We slowly phased out our traditional classes and concentrated on providing only Home Study Classes.  Home Study could not be easier.  Just order the class, do the homework assignments and take the proctored open book final exam.  One problem with traditional on-site courses is finding consistent quality instructors.  That is not a problem with Home Study.  Many of our students have told us that once they have taken one of our classes they would never go back to a classroom.

Remember after you receive your classes you have 4 days to return the materials for a full refund of the tuition.  See our website order form for complete refund details and limitations.  Check our FAQ page for more answers to your questions.
