Licensees are required to complete contining education to renew their
license. SAE Salesperson's Annual Education This is a 30 hour "CORE" class. In most cases a 30 hour "CORE" class is required for the first 3 annual salsperson's license renewals. 30 Hour Core classes $149 + $8 Shipping & Handling. MCE Mandatory Continuing Education This is required of Salsepersons beginning their fourth year of licensure. Brokers are also required to complete MCE. The requirement is 15 hours of MCE credit during each license renewal period. Of the 15 MCE hours 6 hours must be in legal topics. All of our classes include at least 6 hours of legal topics. 15 Hour MCE classes $99 + $8 Shipping & Handling. There are exceptions to these requirements.1-800-522-8835. Important Notice You can take a 30 hour core class to complete your MCE requirement.* You CANNOT take two 15 hour MCE classes for your SAE requirement.
