San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS^® has joined with one of the oldest providers of real estate correspondence courses in Texas to offer quality real estate education. Unlike 100% online classes we offer traditional correspondence courses but with a 21^st Century twist. While your course material is in a traditional textbook you can complete the class assignments and final exam on line. In all cases you will receive a printed textbook for your professional library. In some cases arrangements with publishers have allowed us to make textbooks available online in Adobe PDF format. Do's and Don'ts

Don't wait until the last minute to order your course or try to complete your course.

Do complete and sign all required forms after passing the final exam and send them to Academic Excellence for course credit.

Don't cheat. TREC requires an identity validation system. If you fail to comply with this identity validation system your course will be suspended. TREC regulations not ours. Your course can be reinstated. Call for details.

Do provide as much information as possible when communicating by E-mail. Please include your name, which course you are taking and a detailed description of your request.

Don't walk away from the computer during a final exam.

ONLINE Assignments and Final Exams.

If you have not done so set up a user account.
After setting up a new account you will receive an Email to confirm your account. You MUST click on the link to activate your account. This verifies that you have provided a valid E-mail address. If you have certain SPAM filters or Email permission programs on your Email account, this may cause a delay.
Log in using the username and password you created.
Click on the name of the course you are taking or wish to order.
If you ordered the course using a credit card, once the credit card has been approved you will be given access to the course assignments.
If you paid in person or on the phone you will use the enrollment key on the cover of your course workbook to unlock the online course assignments.
Click on the course assignments (under the topic outline) and answer the quiz questions.
When you have completed all assignments the final exam automatically unlocks.
Click on the final exam to start the exam. If this is your first course on this site you will be asked several security questions.
Download the required forms, fill them out completely and send them to Academic Excellence.

New students will need to create their account to either order or begin their coursework. Returning students will need to log into their account.
